Important Moodle Information

With two weeks left before the first day of class we are moving into our final stages of this initial deployment. We have three items that you need to be aware of at this point:

1.) We have deployed our "Moodle Tutorials" shell to both MyCourses and Moodle.  This shell is a collection of help documents and videos that cover the majority of actions within Moodle. More videos and guides will be developed over the course of the Fall semester. You can locate this shell on the homepage of each server. You can also access them via this link: http://mycourses.nsula.edu/course/view.php?id=12897.

2.) We also have a document, linked on the homepage of MyCourses, that will walk you through each step of moving your content over to moodle.nsula.edu. The document is attached to this email.

3.) Lastly, please email me, hensonr@nsula.edu, and let me know which specific courses, if any, that you plan to teach from Moodle this Fall.  I have an announcement that I will place in your Blackboard course that will redirect your students to Moodle.  This announcement will also contain a link to the student help page for Moodle.  Please let me know as soon as possible so we can prepare your Bb courses.

Thanks,
